Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept free returns and refunds on all unopened, unworn items.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How It Works

Contact our customer support team at info@cogiapparel.com with your order number.

We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label (U.S. customers only).

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Exclusions

International Orders: At this time, we do not offer free returns or refunds outside of the United States due to higher shipping costs. All international sales are considered final.

Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error) are not eligible for return.
