At COGI Apparel, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, let us fix it!

Returns & Refunds

  • We gladly accept free returns and refunds on all unopened, unworn items.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How It Works

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@cogiapparel.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label (U.S. customers only).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions

  • International Orders: At this time, we do not offer free returns or refunds outside of the United States due to higher shipping costs. All international sales are considered final.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error) are not eligible for return.
